The Supporter’s Box will honour an exchange and return for all non-sale and non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt date. The goods must not have been worn and must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached. All goods are despatched in good quality condition, however in the event that the item is damaged in transit, The Supporter’s Box will honour an exchange within 14 days of the receipt date. The Supporter’s Box will not accept return or exchange on items once a personalisation has occurred (i.e. name, number or league patches added to the jersey) unless the goods were damaged in transit. Sale items can only be exchanged in the event that the size ordered was incorrect and the correct replacement stock is available. Pleases email store@supportersbox.com or call +61 2 9807 5900 within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). Please note that you will also need to reference your original order number to obtain this number. - Once the RMA number is issued, you will have 30 days to return the goods. The opportunity to return the goods will expire 30 days after the RMA number has been issued

The RMA number must be clearly mentioned on the return parcel. With out this a return would not be possible - The Supporter’s Box does not accept responsibility for lost goods, shipment delays or the return shipment cost. The Supporter’s Box will only pay for return shipment cost if the goods were damaged in transit.
